Dr Shauna Daly

Shauna graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Queen’s University Belfast and later completed the Membership of the Faculty of Dentistry (MFDS) with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Since then, she has gained broad clinical experience working in general dental practice, community dental services, and hospital dentistry.
During this time, she completed further accreditations, developing her clinical knowledge and skills. She also undertook hospital training within the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Orthodontic departments at Altnagelvin Area Hospital, where she gained valuable experience in the assessment and management of patients requiring oral surgery. While there, she worked closely with specialist teams involved in the treatment of facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, and head and neck cancer, strengthening her ability to work within a multidisciplinary environment.
At Precision Implant Clinic, Shauna provides a wide range of oral surgery treatments including routine and surgical extractions, removal of retained roots and impacted teeth, and sedation-assisted procedures.
She has a particular interest in minor oral surgery, complex extractions, and the management of anxious patients. Shauna is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment and works closely with the clinical team to provide care in a calm and reassuring environment. She also provides treatment under conscious sedation, helping nervous patients feel relaxed and confident during dental procedures.
Shauna is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly undertakes further training in oral surgery, conscious sedation, and dental implant dentistry to continue enhancing the care she provides to patients.
